Credit granted for an authorized return will be based on the original purchase price & is subject to a 25% restocking fee. With a receipt, stock items may be returned in the same packaging & condition within 60 days. Any refund due will be processed in the same manner as the original payment. Sorry, no refunds will be issued without a receipt. Opened pallets of pavers and wall stones are subject to management approval before a refund can be issued. We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for special orders &/or non-stock items. All clearance items and discounted products are final sale, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
We do not accept the return of Natural Stone and Railroad Ties.
Additional Patio & Paver Return Policies:
Pavers: Pavers are sold by the square foot or full pallet with a minimum purchase of 1 section or 1 layer, depending upon the product. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fees:
Wallstone: Wallstone is sold by the piece (minimum 1 unit) or by the square foot (minimum 1 pallet) depending upon the product. Returns are based upon the minimum saleable quantity & are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Pallet Policy: A pallet deposit is charged on applicable paver and wall stone purchases. A portion of this deposit is refundable when pallets are returned in good, reusable condition.
