Restoration Seeding Straw with Tackifier
Restoration Seeding Straw is a simple, effective solution for protecting newly seeded areas and improving germination. For safety and liability reasons, our trucks drive on roads and driveways only. We cannot drive into lawns or landscaped areas under any circumstances, regardless of ground conditions. All bulk materials are dumped in a single pile. If you are ordering gravel for a driveway or similar application, you will need to make arrangements to spread the material after delivery. Our trucks are not equipped to tailgate or spread gravel. Non-bulk items included with a bulk delivery will either be dumped together with the bulk material (if ordered together) or, if palleted, will be placed on the pallet at the delivery location. Pallets are the property of the customer upon delivery and will not be returned. The only exception is hardscape pallet orders where a pallet fee was charged; those pallets may be eligible for return in accordance with that agreement. Please prepare your property for delivery. If we are unable to complete a delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to property obstructions or refusal of the load, the cost of materials will be refunded; however, the delivery fee will still be charged. These characteristics are inherent to the material and may vary by product and source. Rinsing stone after installation will reveal its natural color and appearance. Freshly dyed mulch may temporarily transfer color to concrete, stone, or other hard surfaces when wet. For best results, install mulch during dry conditions and allow 24 to 48 hours before significant rainfall to help the color cure and minimize runoff. Deliveries are made to driveways or other safe, accessible hard surfaces only. For the safety of our customers, employees, and equipment, delivery trucks cannot drive onto lawns, landscaped areas, or other unpaved surfaces. Bulk materials are dumped in a single location selected by the customer and cannot be spread or placed in multiple piles. Our delivery vehicles are not equipped to tailgate or spread bulk materials. Non-bulk products included with a bulk delivery may be delivered with the bulk material or placed on a pallet, depending on the items ordered. Pallets become the property of the customer upon delivery unless a pallet deposit or return program applies. Please ensure the delivery area is clear and accessible before your scheduled delivery. If delivery cannot be completed due to site conditions, obstructions, inaccessible locations, or customer refusal, delivery charges will still apply, and any applicable material refund will be processed in accordance with our return policy. By accepting delivery, customers acknowledge that delivery vehicles are large, heavy commercial trucks. Minor surface markings or impressions may occur on driveways or other paved surfaces due to the weight of the vehicle. Kurtz Bros. is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, inadequate pavement thickness, hidden underground utilities, irrigation systems, septic systems, or other site conditions that are not visible to the driver.
