Product photos are representative only and may not exactly match the material delivered or available at your selected location. Variations in color, size, consistency, and texture are normal and are not considered defects. Stone and gravel products may contain naturally occurring sand, fines, or dust and are not washed prior to delivery. These characteristics are inherent to the material and may vary by product and source. Rinsing stone after installation will reveal its natural color and appearance. Freshly dyed mulch may temporarily transfer color to concrete, stone, or other hard surfaces when wet. For best results, install mulch during dry conditions and allow 24 to 48 hours before significant rainfall to help the color cure and minimize runoff. Deliveries are made to driveways or other safe, accessible hard surfaces only. For the safety of our customers, employees, and equipment, delivery trucks cannot drive onto lawns, landscaped areas, or other unpaved surfaces. Bulk materials are dumped in a single location selected by the customer and cannot be spread or placed in multiple piles. Our delivery vehicles are not equipped to tailgate or spread bulk materials. Non-bulk products included with a bulk delivery may be delivered with the bulk material or placed on a pallet, depending on the items ordered. Pallets become the property of the customer upon delivery unless a pallet deposit or return program applies. Please ensure the delivery area is clear and accessible before your scheduled delivery. If delivery cannot be completed due to site conditions, obstructions, inaccessible locations, or customer refusal, delivery charges will still apply, and any applicable material refund will be processed in accordance with our return policy. By accepting delivery, customers acknowledge that delivery vehicles are large, heavy commercial trucks. Minor surface markings or impressions may occur on driveways or other paved surfaces due to the weight of the vehicle. Kurtz Bros. is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, inadequate pavement thickness, hidden underground utilities, irrigation systems, septic systems, or other site conditions that are not visible to the driver.
