Independence, OH – September 15, 2025 – Kurtz Bros., Inc., a leader in landscape supply
andwaste-to-resource solutions, is proud to announce the expansion of its operations into
Broadview Heights, Ohio. Beginning October 1, 2025, the former Buyansky Landscape Supply
property will officially transition into one of Kurtz Bros.’ newest Landscape Supply Centers,
further strengthening the company’s ability to serve customers across Northeast Ohio.
During the initial transformation period, the Broadview Heights location will be open for incoming materials only and will not load out bulk products or other items. Full product and service offerings will become available once renovations and upgrades are complete.

The transition of the site was made possible through the collaborative efforts of Malone and Rob Morel of Morel Landscaping, ensuring that the property continues to serve the landscaping community while moving into a new chapter.
